The most valuable thing AI has done for me is not writing blog posts. It is quietly disappearing the boring parts of my day. Here are the five automations currently running in the background of this portfolio and my main projects.
1. Content pipeline. Rough notes go in, a formatted first draft comes out — tagged, titled, and matched to my tone. I edit, never write from scratch.
2. Idea-to-brief. Every news story on this site starts as a one-line idea. An automation expands it into a brief with angles, structure, and sources before I decide whether it is worth my time.
3. Outreach drafts. Follow-up emails, pitch variations, and social posts are drafted from a single context file, so the voice never drifts between platforms.
4. Monitoring. New tools and workflows are scanned daily and filed into DailyAIWorld's directory — the collection grows while I sleep.
5. Chores. Meeting notes summarised, invoices chased, schedules triaged. None of it is glamorous. All of it is time returned.
The rule that keeps all five honest: automation drafts, humans decide. Every output passes through a human checkpoint before it touches the real world — that is the difference between a workflow and a mess.
